Monterey Bay Aquarium

Parker got a few DVD's from Nanu & Papa and one of them was about the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California. Now Parker wants to visit it so bad! :)

Parker's Favorite New Deep Sea Fish!

This is Parker's favorite new deep sea fish! He thinks it looks like an old man.

Blobfish

Blobfish are found at depths where the pressure is several dozens of times higher than at sea level, which would likely make gas bladders inefficient. To remain buoyant, the flesh of the Blobfish is primarily a gelatinous mass with a density slightly less than water; this allows the fish to float above the sea floor without expending energy on swimming.

Parker got some birthday money in the mail from Great-Grandma ReVoe and he knew just what he wanted! The Nerf N-Strike Longshot Blaster. This gun is HUGE and cracks us up! It is practically as tall as him. :) He loves it.

I Love Penguins...

I have been learning all about them in school. There are ALOT of different kinds of penguins and the daddy ones hold their egg babies on their feet and incubate them. It keeps them warm. And then the mommy penguins feed there babies by regurgitating chewed up fish and putting it in the babies mouth with their own mouth. That way the fish is not too big for the babies to swallow.


Look! This penguin helps people by swimming around with a camera on his back!

Parker Loves Clone Troopers!

Kindergarten! Here I Come!

Parker starts Kindergarten on Monday. Today he got to go to his school, visit his classroom and meet his teacher. He is super excited!

Halloween's A Comin'

Parker has decided his Halloween costume already. He loves Star Wars and is really excited for the new movie to come out. He really loves this Jango Fett costume because he has 2 guns! Darth Vader and the Storm Troopers are really his favorite - but he is concerned that they DON'T have 2 guns. :)

This is my cousin, Christopher. He is so crazy. Look how many 'weapons' he got in his pants. Isn't it so funny!

Deep Sea Fish

I love deep sea fish because they are really scary. I like scary fish. But not scary humans cause I don't want them to freak me out. And I love deep sea fish because they trick other fish. Like the one in Finding Nemo how he gets Nemo and Dory to follow him with his little light on his head.
